Police are calling on motorists doing the right thing to 'dob in a dope' on the road when witnessing poor road user behaviour.
Horsham Highway Patrol issued a number of fines for extremely high speeds and poor road user behaviour during the last long weekend road policing operation on Australia Day.
A vehicle in Kaniva was detected, travelling at 162 Km/h on the Western Highway.
The driver was a Dandenong male who had purchased a new vehicle from South Australia and could not provide any reason as to the excessively high speed he was doing.
