The consultation period has been extended to March 15, with pop-up stands at markets, Horsham Plaza, Dimboola Day Centre remaining until the end of May.
Wimmera Health Care Group board chair Marie Aitken said the group was looking to address more challenges the community was facing before making the final decision.
"In the coming weeks, we will be meeting with a number of specific groups about their needs and we will be talking with communities through more pop-up stands," she said.
"We will share what we have heard from the community consultation report in the next few weeks.
"A due diligence assessment is currently being undertaken in relation to workforce, financial, service delivery, and governance impacts of any partnership."
Pop-up stands will be located at; Horsham Plaza from 10am - 2pm on March 18, April 22, and May 21.
Haven Market from 9am - 1pm, May 1.
Jung Market from 9am - 1pm; March 27, April 24, May 29.
Dimboola Day Centre from 10am - 2pm; March 15, April 12, May 12.
