All three return to the fold, having previously made the squad for a 2020 campaign that was abandoned due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Head coach David Loader said he was happy with the squad that will take to the field for his first season in charge.
"We're super impressed with the squad that we have put together and the standout quality of the group has been their commitment to the program." he said.
"It's been a large process working across our regions across western Victoria and the coaching panel have done an enormous amount of work to get to this point in time".
"The players that have been selected in the squad we believe will represent the GWV Rebels and Western Victoria in an outstanding capacity on and off the field."
The 2021 squad features many players from last year's group who were unable to play due to the abandoned season.
