The four-bedroom, single-story home in Tooley Court was sold by Harcourts Real Estate agent Taylor Whitworth for $840,000.
Mr Whitworth, at just 21-years-old, thrived in the real estate industry, thanks to an uptick in luxurious houses being sought in the area.
"It's a lack of being able to find a builder at the minute. Build times are anywhere from 18 months to 24 months wait," he said.

"People who want luxury homes need to buy them rather than build."
Mr Whitworth believed this property was the most expensive residential property advertised and sold in Horsham.
The previous family were ready to move on, and another local family purchased the high-end home on Thursday, March 11.
Measuring more than 1100 square metres, the property boasts a backyard pool, office, two lounge rooms, an open kitchen, laundry, main bedroom en-suite and bathroom.
Mr Whitworth said the house was the epitome of a luxury home in Horsham.
"Now is a good time to be making a move to upsize or downsize.
"Especially for people moving out of town or looking to retire," he said.
"It is such a good time to be selling with some of the prices we are seeing."
He said there are a lot more people looking to spend more money on the right property.
"The high-end market was a lot slower just two years ago," he said.
Similar houses around the same calibre have been sold recently but have been sold off-market.
Mr Whitworth said many of these high-end homes are hitting the market at the moment and are selling.
"With low interest rates, the fact you can't build and people have the money, they're tipping it towards a nice house," he said.
"There are a number of factors that are playing a part in the high end market at the moment."
With only two and a half years on the job, Mr Whitworth said he enjoyed getting his teeth into the high-end market in Horsham.
"It comes down to getting people the most money for their houses," he said.
"You can really change people's lives."
Mr Whitworth said there were several people from Melbourne, Ballarat and metro areas looking at high-end homes.
The increase in interest in Horsham might see high-end homes more common.
"High end homes won't be so daunting in Horsham," he said.
"There are a lot more around."
