Horsham's young group will have the experience of two multiple premiership winners to draw on.
Tyler Blake is back with the Demons as an assistant coach, alongside former premiership captain Jeremy Hartigan.
Hartigan initially signed for the abandoned 2020 season, but has re-committed.
"Tyler's been wonderful and he's looking really, really good so I'm excited about that," co-coach Jordyn Burke said. "It's going to add a bit more to our midfield, which we need.
"(Jeremy) has come back into the fold and his leadership has been brilliant. He's a real centre-half-forward, centre-half-back option.
"I think he played in six or seven flags and brings huge experience."
Joining them are Mitchell Fromm (Adelaide) and Angus Atchison (Sebastapol).
