A 51-year-old Beulah man was arrested and charged following an incident on public transport on March 1.

Beulah police officer, Leading Senior Constable Shayne Riggall said due to previous bad behaviour the man was denied entry onto the Beulah V-line bus.
The man then allegedly caused disruption by holding onto the front of the bus via its bull bar, preventing the bus being able to continue its journey.
The V-line bus was delayed two hours causing disruption to passengers and the bus schedule.
The man was arrested and charged with allegedly making threats to inflict serious injury upon the bus driver.

There are also charges pending in regards to allegedly barricading the bus.
Police are seeking assistance from witnesses who were impacted by the delay.
"This will provide the court a fuller picture of disruption the offender caused," Leading Senior Constable said.
"At least one person missed a day's work. It was quite disruptive."
Witnesses can contact the Warracknabeal Police station on 5396 2100.
The man was released on bail and will face the Hopetoun's Magistrate's Court on April 15.
