President Zane Bell said this year's raffle would be drawn on June 23 to coincide with the club's 50th anniversary and change over dinner.
"It is our 50th year supporting the Wimmera community," Mr Bell said.
"The money raised from this raffle will assist with two projects.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"First being an upgrade to our 40th anniversary messaging system and digital clock on O'Callaghan's Parade and a commemorative family bike rack we hope to have constructed in a public area for all to enjoy."
The top prize is a helicopter winery tour with Ultimate Helicopter.
Taken up by pilot Ross Brown with Ultimate Helicopters, the lucky raffle winner plus a friend will be taken to a winery and then a meal at BAA in Horsham.
Rotarians and business owners donated the prizes to help support Rotary and the Wimmera community.
"We are hoping to raise $5000," Mr Bell said.
"Both these projects will be in partnership with Horsham Rural City Council and it is anticipated the bike rack will be designed and manufactured locally."
Raffle tickets are $2 each and can be found via Horsham East Rotarians or sold at the Horsham Plaza until the big draw on June 23.
You can also buy raffle tickets at the upcoming Rotary Wimmera Art Fair.
