The teams will be looking to get settled with a combination of experienced and younger players.
A Grade coach Fiona Rowe said all the players were excited to be back on the courts.
"We've had a really good preseason," she said. "We hope to be competitive every week and we know the competition will be tough but we'll be working hard to match up to the opposition.
"We want a supporting and encouraging environment where everyone has the potential to strive to achieve their best."
MORE HDFNL FOCUS:
Noradjuha-Quantong has welcomed Shannon Couch into the team which will bring some experience into the attacking side.
"It's hard to pick out just a few players to keep an eye on as it's going to be a really exciting year for us because any of the players have the chance to step up and shine this year," Rowe said.
"I couldn't say there were just one or two players to watch. It's going to be interesting how it's going to unfold and watch players develop and grow."
During preseason Noradjuha-Quantong created a fast five competition on Monday nights.
"I felt the players needed some court time under their belt after having last year off," she said.
"It's been helping get the players their court readiness. It's just a round-robin competition - which has been really well received. Everyone has really missed netball."
