Former Framlingham Aboriginal Trust administrator Geoff Clark, his wife Trudi and two of their sons, Jeremy and Aaron, have been charged by police with more than 1000 alleged offences after a seven-year investigation code named Operation Omega.
Mr Clark and his family members have always maintained their innocence.
A committal hearing was held in February and March last year and was adjourned to resume in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court during June before magistrate Charlie Rozencwajg.

It then ran for about a week and was further put off until April this year.
On Tuesday during a special mention hearing, Mr Rozencwajg set a new date for the committal to recommence on August 17.
The magistrate ordered the defence to provide written submissions by May 23 and prosecution by July 5.
He also withdrew about a dozen conspiracy charges.
The Wimmera Mail-Times reported in February the Victoria Police fraud and extortion squad were in the process of dropping about a dozen conspiracy charges against members of the Framlingham family.
It's understood Geoff and Jeremy were both charged with four conspiracy charges, Trudi three and Aaron two.
Mr Clark is a former chairman of Halls Gap's Brambuk - The National Park and Cultural Centre.
