An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said the Dandenong North male was airlifted to the Royal Melbourne Hospital in the early hours of Friday, April 16, with upper and lower body injuries.
A Royal Melbourne Hospital spokesperson said the man remains in a serious condition.
Two other men were taken by road to Wimmera Hospital in a stable condition with no obvious injuries.
