Member for Mallee Anne Webster and Horsham City Council mayor Robyn Gulline attended a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the store on Thursday - finalising a 6-month face-lift project.
The new upgrades have seen a pick-and-mix pet treat bar, scratch bakery, in-store coffee station and a mini gelato and macaron bar installed within the supermarket.
The expansion has also created 35 jobs, with 11 of the recruits of indigenous background.
Six pieces of aboriginal art were unveiled on the side of the store's exterior facade by local artists Tanisha Lovett, Imigo Dawn and Vernon Sultan.

The art was commissioned in conjunction with the Goolum Goolum Aboriginal Cooperative.
Coles Horsham store manager Matthew Kulhan said customer feedback on the new-look facility had been positive.
"It's a complete transformation of the Coles we have here in Horsham," he said.
"The great thing about it is that our store services customers within a two-hour radius. So we are servicing quite a large community here at the store.
"Building on that, we have been able to employ 25 new team members, 11 of whom are indigenous.
"So we have been able to do an indigenous recruitment drive, and we have done that with inspiration from the indigenous art we have displayed on the side of the building."
As part of the unveiling, Horsham Coles will donate $5000 to fund a kitchen garden at Horsham College.
