An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said Ambulance Victoria was called to a report of a single car accident.
Paramedics treated one person who was taken by road to Wimmera Base Hospital.
A CFA spokesperson said CFA Horsham were on scene.
The car had been impacted on the side, folding the car and causing the doors to jam.
The doors were removed to extract the passenger out of the vehicle.
The scene was cleared just after 1pm.
There are no more updates to the story.
EARLIER, 1pm:
EMERGENCY crews were called to a car crash at the Dimboola Road and O'Connor Street intersection in Horsham at about 12.45pm on Monday.
At the scene, it appears two cars were involved in the incident.
SES was on the scene and the Wimmera Mail-Times understands there was one person who was needing to be removed from a vehicle.
Traffic is slowing on both sides of the road.
