Following an extensive investigation, detectives charged the 49-year-old woman with fail to stop after collision (fatal collision) and fail to render assistance (fatal collision).
The Horsham woman was bailed to appear before the Horsham Magistrates' Court on Monday, May 31.

The charges follow an incident on Dooen Road about 5.50am on February 16, 2020.
A 24-year-old Warracknabeal man was found with serious injuries on the side of the road and later died in hospital.
