Ms Chaplin and her team at Food Babies Takeaway and Catering are offering a hot meal to anyone who needs it at no cost.
"We wanted to extend a hand out to people that were struggling," she said.
"The community was so great every time we've been in lockdown and they've supported us, we thought we'd like to give back to the community."
IN OTHER NEWS:
Ms Chaplin is working towards another project to help out the community, allowing customers to purchase a meal for another person and leave that as a pre-bought meal voucher on a pinboard for a person to use when struggling.
"We're going to match that, one for one," Ms Chaplin.
"That's something we are working on."
Ms Chaplin said a hot meal for a family could make a difference; however, sometimes, people can struggle to ask for help.
"We're happy to help anybody," she said.
"It is a hard thing for some people to do, to reach out and ask for help. We try to make it easier being a restaurant.
"People put on a front to the world and don't want the world to know it might note be true."
Ms Chaplin said they're lucky to have a great community in Horsham with many people ready to give out a helping hand.
"We should help each other out, we are all in this together," she said.
