That person was infected overseas and is currently recovering in hotel quarantine.
Among the restrictions being eased are a raise in the number of people permitted at a public gathering, two visitors allowed at a person's home and a return of community sport.

The new cases mean there are now 75 active cases in the state.
A total of 20,752 vaccines were administered in the last 24 hours bringing the state's total vaccinations to 749,470.
Authorities received 17,604 tests.
On Thursday, Bendigo Health revealed two Bendigo residents were isolating at home after attending the same location as a Victorian who travelled to Queensland before contracting COVID-19.
They tested negative last night, Bendigo Health chief executive Peter Faulkner said.
Mr Faulkner said the couple had no direct connection with the COVID-positive case.
