The social enterprise is offering a "Laneway care package", Project Manager for Laneway Café without Borders Jessica Koenig said.
"Food brings people together. This is our way of sending a message of inclusiveness within our community," Ms Koenig said.
"This is in conjunction with our other hospitality arms which are namely our community meals service, catering and food relief cooking.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"This all occurs Monday through Friday while providing meaningful work experience in a happy safe space, which is offered by our learner's pathway programs."
The care package includes winter favourites such as sausage rolls, lasagna, pumpkin soup, pasta bake and sticky date pudding. The pack also includes staples like bread, milk, sausages and eggs.
The care packages cost $100 with free delivery in Horsham. The packages have been kept close to cost price to make this gift of 15 meals affordable.
"The care packages were inspired by a belief that there was a need for kindness in our community," Ms Koenig said.
"People want to give back and support each other but at times community members are unsure how to achieve this. Taking the initiative it has made the gift of giving easy.
"People can give them as a gift to someone to simply just to show support to those who may be struggling. Many people and businesses that had lost their income or job during COVID would be still feeling the effect for months to come."

The Laneway care package is fresh, with products made daily in the cafe's kitchen and can be frozen if needed.
Ms Koenig said the café continues to move forward despite hurdles from the COVID-19 pandemic.
"There was the need to look at different ways to deliver the pathway programs and stay in touch with the community's needs. But I feel we were able to keep building towards a sustainable program base," she said.
"The social enterprise has continued to develop though COVID and has had some excellent outcomes."
Order the Laneway care package for a neighbour, friend or for yourself. The packages require 24 hour notice to be prepared.
