RURAL North West Health has appointed a new chief executive after a recruitment process which started in May, 2021.
Ishbell Reid will be appointed to the role, effective Monday, September 20.
Rural North West Health chairperson Julia Hausler said Mrs Reid was chosen after an extensive and competitive selection process.
"Ishbell is a proven CEO with a clinical nursing background. These skills will be vital in progressing the strategic and operational plans of Rural North West Health and ensuring our community receives better health for all," she said.
"We would like to take this opportunity to thank Jodie Cranham for her secondment role as acting CEO during the past four months.
