Vaccine bookings will be available in Nhill, Goroke and Kaniva for people aged between 12 to 59 years old.
Grampians sub-hub COVID-19 vaccine rollout coordinator Genevive Lilley said while bookings had been snapped up for today and tomorrow, plenty of appointments were available for the rest of the week.
"To make a booking for the Nhill vaccine centre, people can ring Goroke Community Health Centre on 5363 2201," she said.

"The Goroke centre is helping with the bookings by making the appointments for each of these sessions.
"This is a catch-up opportunity for all those under 60s to get vaccinated and we encourage all over 60s to continue to, as a matter of urgency attend their GP, as this is the best way for them to access the vaccine."
Ms Lilley said there would be similar sessions the following week in Kaniva on September 23 and Goroke on September 24.
