Murtoa Caravan park has been awarded a Victorian Tourism Industry Council gold star rating.
Caretaker for the park, Shan Skinner, said the rating was exciting because it showed how much visitors love the area.
"We've got very happy campers," she said.

"At the end of the day, that's what we strive to achieve - people wanting to come back to the region."
Ms Skinner said going above and beyond is in her nature, reflected in the constant high-quality reviews for the park.
"I just strive to make people happy," Ms Skinner said, who is also a registered nurse and will take the same attitude to this role.
"It's going that extra distance - providing information, having a chat when people want to know about the area."
A Gold Star rating is only possible through highly positive reviews from visitors.
Ms Skinner will treats visitors like she would treat her neighbours.
Ms Skinner said she would just do the little things, like help out if someone is low on firewood or needs milk after the shops close.
"It's nothing out of the ordinary, it's things like I'd do for anything," she said.
Ms Skinner said an excellent caravan park benefits the whole shire.
"Higher occupancy is higher revenue and it's not just about the caravan park," she said.
"It's bringing people into the town.
"It's about our local business having done it tough during COVID-19, tourists are their bread and butter."
