A Mildura man who said his name was "Tears" organised hundreds of dollars worth of pizza to be delivered to emergency workers across Horsham.
On Thursday, January 21, he ordered $300 worth of pizza from Bonnie and Clyde's Pizzeria for the police station, ambulance station, and hospital staff.
Bonnie and Clyde's Pizzeria delivery driver Ben Rowan said the act of kindness blew him away.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"I delivered to the police and they were surprised and very thankful," Mr Rowan said.
"A ambulance was parked out front of the cop shop, so I spoke to them and handed them they're pizza. They were thankful and surprised as well."
Horsham police officer Constable Kira McGilvray was working when the delivery was brought to the station.
'It was really nice," she said.
"The delivery driver said it was for all of our hard work during COVID-19. Everyone was so happy."
Constable McGilvray said the surprise pizza dinner left a smile on everyone's face.
Mr Rowan said the Mildura man showed his receipts of all the pizza he had ordered for emergency workers in Mildura.
"He showed me receipts of $1500 to $2500 worth of pizzas and pillows and blankets to Mildura hospital," he said.
The generous man even let Mr Rowan have a "jump in and rev of his 2020 V8.
'He even offered to let me drive it," he said.
Bonnie and Clyde's Pizzeria owner Dan Lukasweski said the large order was no issue for the regularly busy pizza shop.
Still not done, the man also ordered pizza from Dominos for the nurses' station at Wimmera Base Hospital.
Nurses at the hospital had a hot meal of 50 pizzas on Thursday night as well as some Bonnie and Clyde's pizza delivered earlier in the evening.
