Thus far, the most major incident is a grassfire near Goroke, however reports of lightning causing fires has meant the CFA is racing to cover the region.
Four vehicles are on scene in Goroke and will look to have the fire under control, while aircraft have been deployed to investigate reports of a fire near Patyah.
"It's pretty much all starting to happen, there's a bit of rain but there's a lot of lightning strikes at the moment which means there are a lot of reports coming out," a CFA spokesperson said.
"At the moment we're just watching (the reports), getting there and seeing. It's very early stages."
