Mr Wickham was one of many sporting and community members who ran with the torch when it travelled through the Wimmera from July 22 to 24, 2000, on its way to Sydney.
Mr Wickham has also made inquiries about rebuilding the Olympic cauldron which was assembled in Horsham to hold the flame for the evening.
He said the reunion would be an informal affair but one which would rekindle some magical memories.
"I can't believe it has been 10 years since the Olympics. It meant so much to me and to many other people who carried the torch. It would be great to meet up with people again and remember such a great time,'' he said.
"We would love to have people from all over the Wimmera attend, whether they be from Horsham or from Ararat, St Arnaud or elsewhere.''
Mr Wickham, who has maintained a long association with Horsham Badminton Association, wants to hear from as many torch bearers and escorts as possible in the lead up to the reunion.
"I know it is a bit late, I wish I had this idea sooner. I haven't heard of many other places doing this kind of reunion except in Sydney where they are doing it as a fundraiser for the London Olympic team,'' he said.
"But I'm not planning this to be a fundraiser, just a chance for everyone to get together again.''
About 300 people carried the torch between Ararat and St Arnaud before it moved into the Mallee, while thousands of residents escorted the runners or turned out to watch them.
The Mail-Times reported an estimated 15,000 people watched the torch travel through Horsham including 6000 for the cauldron lighting.
Mr Wickham said he had contacted a number of carriers including former Wimmera Olympian Kerri Tepper who now lives in Melbourne.
He said people could call him on 5382 4535 about the reunion.
Mr Wickham said he hoped weather would allow it to be at Sawyer Park.
Horsham Rural City Council had also offered Horsham Civic Centre.
