This time it was at the expense of Ararat, with Dimboola claiming the win 60 to 44.

Dimboola is positioned behind the Horsham Saints on the ladder, with a ladder leaders clash coming up this Saturday.

Despite a slower start than their counterparts, and an even score at half time, Dimboola controlled the final half to secure the win.

Bridget Dorrington was best on court for Dimboola, while Paige Glover, who played Centre and Wing Defence, was also in form for her side.

Olivia Beugelaar contributed 33 goals across the game, switching between Goal Attack and Goal Shooter for the prevailing side.

For Ararat, they were served well by defensive player Monique Scott and Faith Biddle, who played at both ends of the court at times.

As mentioned, this week Dimboola and Horsham Saints do battle at Coughlin Park.

With the Saints banking a big win in the first round of the season against Nhill (101 to 38) and then following that performance up with another victory against the Demons last week (60 to 40) it should be a brilliant game on Saturday.
