Gardening club helping locals
The Dimboola and District Gardening Club are reminding residents that members can regularly help maintain fruit trees and other gardening needs.
Jeni waits for the fruit to be picked and put in the bag.
A team of three members recently helped pick fruit from a tree for a local resident.
The harvest is shared within the group as well as the community pantry, with any extras donated to the foodbank in Horsham.
The club also offers to return and prune the tree and maintain it.
