Good out of bad
'Joseph and the Technicolour Dreamcoat' is a well known and loved musical, based on the life of Joseph, who began as a family favourite and ended up as a slave in another country because of sibling rivalry.

The gathering at “Come and C-Church” heard the first part of his story and created a beautiful ‘coat of many colours’ which is on display in Keller’s Newsagency for all to see and enjoy.
Joseph had a harrowing journey and in July those who come will share the second part of his story, which went from tragedy to triumph, from powerlessness to commanding the second most powerful position in Egypt.
How that happened and how he responded to the challenges he faced in life will be shared at “Come and C-Church” on Sunday, July 20, 4.30pm to 6.30pm at the Southern Mallee Co-operative Parish Church in King Street, Rainbow.
All are welcome to come and share the wild ride that was Joseph’s journey and share a meal together.
It is a free event and all ages are welcome.
