Licence renewals, firearms licence photos, heavy-vehicle work diaries, light trailer registrations and marine licence renewals and photos can be completed locally in a faster and easier process.

Licence renewals or updates that require photography can be handled only in Nhill using a photopoint camera.

Victoria Police's Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for dashcam footage or witness account of the fatal collision on the Western Highway outside of Dimboola on March 3.

The news comes after a second person died in hospital.

Police allege a Toyota Hilux towing a hay bailer and a Mazda sedan collided on the Western Highway about 5pm.

The driver of the Mazda, an 80-year-old Nhill woman, died at the scene.

Her passenger, an 85-year-old Nhill man, was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries; however, he died on Monday, March 10.

Detectives urge anyone with footage to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a confidential report online at www.crimestoppers.com.au.
