Stacks of smiles on Pancake Tuesday
Schools acknowledged Shrove Tuesday this week by cooking and devouring the tasty treat. Amongst those schools that heated up their hot plates was Wimmera Lutheran College's Horsham campus, with staff and students enjoying the freshly made savoury in the morning.
There is no batter way to observe Shrove Tuesday than with pancakes. Across the region, several schools and organisations joined in by serving up stacks of pancakes. At Wimmera Lutheran College, students Oscar Fox, Brianna Hiam and Toby Steadman were especially eager to enjoy the treat.
