Top players battle

Horsham Badminton Association’s weekly competition saw fierce performances in Week Two, with players battling it out for top honours at the Horsham College basketball auditorium on Monday night.

In A-Grade, Caitlin Sawyer delivered a standout performance, securing victory with an impressive 129% score.

The B-Grade competition was divided into two groups, with Carolyn Beggs emerging at the top of group one, achieving a 136% win rate.

Meanwhile, Lea Maier dominated group two, clinching victories with 128%.

The association’s weekly games continue to draw a strong crowd, providing both competitive and social opportunities for local badminton enthusiasts.

Matches take place every Monday night at the Horsham College basketball auditorium, with new players always welcome.
