Planet Feel Good has been a long-time supporter of the annual Tri-Horsham event.
The health club had a large contingent of team entries in last year's event and will have another strong contingent tomorrow.
Planet Feel Good spokeswoman Meran Jackson said the club had entered eight teams in the short course event, one team in the long course and seven individuals in the short course.
"We have team members of varying fitness levels but we offer a great deal of support and guidance to enable every competitor to lift the bar on their current fitness level and push beyond what they ever thought achievable," she said.
Miss Jackson said the triathlon was a chance for members to show how their mental health and fitness had improved.
"Planet Feel Good has some simple advice to people participating in the triathlon or any exercise - step outside your comfort zone, our bodies and minds were made to move, and to be challenged and most of all have fun," she said.
She said team members participating in the triathlon had trained using RPM.
"RPM is an indoor cycling work-out where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music," she said. "You take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training."
Horsham Triathlon will involve a swim leg at Horsham Aquatic Centre, with the ride and run to follow the banks of the Wimmera River.
The triathlon comprises team and individual events across long and short courses.
A junior event will be at 4pm, prior to the senior event at 5pm.
Tri Horsham spokesman Campbell Pallot said online entries at www.trihorsham.com.au would close today.
He said registrations would be available on the day, but would incur an extra $10 fee.
Mr Pallot said registrations would be taken at Horsham Aquatic Centre from 2.30pm.
