She marked the milestone by sharing cake with the village's residents, including Belle Baker, 102, Fanny Reinheimer, 102, Ede Nichol, 100, and Hilda Rogers, 100.
Mrs Huebner said she had achieved her goal of celebrating her 100th birthday with family, which includes three children, eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
"I just wanted to make it to 100 because I thought I had better try to catch up to the other ladies," she said. "Some of the family came from Ballarat and Melbourne for my birthday, which was nice."
Mrs Huebner, who lived at Minyip before moving to Horsham more than 40 years ago, said the key to a long and happy life was hard work.
She has grown award-winning flowers, played bowls and loves crocheting.
"I have sewn bags, milked cows and worked very hard on a farm," she said.
"I worked hard and that is what kept me going."
Activities co-ordinator Wesley Hazelden said having five of the village's 75 residents 100 years old or more was exciting.
"I think everyone is amazed by having five women over 100 and I think it shows the resilience of people," he said.
"We also have quite a few residents who are in their 90s so who knows how many we could have over 100."
