Organisers labelled Wednesday's event a success and said it was sold out.
Dimboola Guardian Pharmacy hosted the night, which was established five years ago.
Pharmacy's Robyn Lardner said the night was established because the pharmacy wanted to extend its commitment to primary health care to the community.
"This is our own initiative and we don't receive funding. We just ask that the women give a gold coin donation, which goes to the Dimboola Cancer Crusaders," she said.
Mrs Lardner said the 'Dimboola's Dynamic Divas' health night celebrated women in Dimboola.
"We had Wimmera Health Care Group staff assist on the night," she said.
"We had breast care nurse Liz King from the McGrath Foundation, continence nurse Gay Baker and community health nurse Sharyn Cook."
She said the night was run like a quiz.
"We interviewed the health staff, who gave us health tips from their respective areas," she said.
Mrs Lardner said professional women also spoke about their careers.
"The feedback from people was that they did not realise the amount that was achieved in Dimboola by some very talented women," she said.
"We also had staff from the pharmacy perform, and during the finale performance, pharmacy proprietor Des Lardner dressed up as a woman, which was certainly well received."
The pharmacy partnered with Dimboola Memorial Secondary College for the event.
"The students prepared the supper," Mrs Lardner said.
"It was fantastic for them because they learnt about healthy eating, budgeting and how to cater for 120 women."
She said the event also featured displays of women's work and involvement in the town.
"It was a fantastic turnout. We started five years ago with only 25 women and 120 is probably the maximum we can cater for," she said.
"We had great feedback from the women, as well. "
