College principal Peter Gutteridge said the case involved a person who worked in the school canteen on Thursday last week.
He said the department informed the school of the case on Thursday.
"The Department of Health has recommended that a Hepatitis A vaccination be given to any child or staff member who consumed food from the canteen on that day," he said.
"All families were notified by the college through email last night and SMS this morning with information that contained a letter from the Department of Health, a fact sheet and a child consent form.
"Vaccinations will be given on Monday at St. Brigid's to students and staff under the direction of Horsham Rural City Council."
