Rup-Minyip and Homers will meet again in this year's A Grade grand final after accounting for their opponents in semi-finals yesterday.
The Blue Panthers dismissed Blackheath-Dimboola for 197 on the opening day of their clash at Sunnyside, before chasing down the total with five wickets in hand.
Bulls skipper Matt McKinnon top-scored for his side with 63, with Travis Hair, 33, Tom Magee and Hamish Exell, both 30, all making contributions.
Blue Panthers skipper Clint Midgley picked up four wickets, as did Brayden Ison, while Paul Morgan chipped in with two.
In reply, Dan Clark and Adam Carter were the stars, combining for an 85-run second wicket stand.
Clark was dismissed for 57, but Carter batted on, reaching 74 not out to guide his team into its third grand final in as many years.
Midgley said it was a great feeling to again be playing off in the last game of the year.
"It was a good game and we're absolutely wrapped to get another opportunity ," he said.
"Homers have sort of been the form team this season so they'll probably go in favourites, but we'll have a crack at them."
At Horsham City Oval, a century from Sandy Hodge and half-century from Ash Hopper propelled the Pigeons to a big win over Noradjuha-Toolondo.
Hodge compiled 110, while Hopper promoted from the C Grade produced an innings of 78.
The pair combined for a 151-run sixth-wicket stand to take the minor premier to a total of 9-337 after they had been 5-139.
In reply, the Bullants innings never really got going, as they were dismissed for 103 inside the 52nd over.
Craig Britten was the pick of the Pigeons bowlers, claiming 5-32, while fellow opener Siphe Mzaidume collected two.
Homers and Rup-Minyip will meet at Horsham City Oval in the grand final on Saturday and Sunday.
