Seppelt function co-ordinator Alli Fitzpatrick said the expo was the winery's biggest and most successful event so far.
"Guests enjoyed wandering through the venue and browsing all the displays," she said.
"The standard of displays from all exhibitors was a lot higher than before and we received lots of positive feedback.
"It was exciting to see how much businesses had grown."
The expo included live music, tours of the winery and a fashion parade.
"The parade proved very popular and the stage and lighting was a fantastic addition this year," Ms Fitzpatrick said.
"The parade featured bridal gowns, bridesmaid and flower-girl dresses and, for the first time, mother-of-the-bride outfits.
"There were also two page boys and two male models to show off different suits."
Ms Fitzpatrick said the majority of guests headed to the winery's cellar door afterwards for further wine tastings and coffee.
"This was a great way to finish off the day," she said.
"Overall we were thrilled with the outcome and after speaking to some of the exhibitors they were all thrilled with the number of bookings and inquiries they received on the day.
"Brides commented throughout the day about how helpful this event was.
"It is also a great opportunity for businesses to gain a huge amount of exposure and meet other businesses in the same field."
First-time exhibitor, civil celebrant Wayne Lentsment, praised the team at Seppelt Winery for a magnificent expo.
"The team was particularly helpful and full of constructive advice to new stall holders," he said.
"The setting of stalls and the inside arrangement with the bridal parade catwalk was exemplary, everything seemed to have its place and people were well catered for.
"I believe the guests were greatly impressed with the professionalism of the expo."
Mr Lentsment said even the children who attended received a model balloon sculpture to entertain them.
"Thank you to Alli and team for representing the great things that are in the Wimmera Grampians region," he said.
