Lake Lascelles Corrong committee of management head Bert Hallam said the event was a great way to celebrate with family and friends.
‘‘This year, there are a number of community groups helping to ensure the event runs smoothly,’’ he said.
Mr Hallam said in the event of bad weather the celebrations would relocate to the Mallee Bush Retreat at Lake Lascelles.
He said there was free camping available on the non-powered sites.
‘‘We encourage visitors to attend this lively community event’’, he said.
Entertainment on the night, which starts at 7pm, will be provided by DJs Devon Mill and Leighton Hately.
Mr Hallam said entry costs $10 and school-aged children would be admitted free.
He said a barbecue dinner would be available, with strictly no glass or BYO.
