Victoria Taylor, Tara Jasper and Ella Walsgott, from the Horsham Little Athletic Centre, will compete at the gift.
Walsgott will run in the 800-metre and 1600-metre handicap events.
She has a handicap of 195metres in the 800-metre race and a 345-metre mark in the 1600 metres.
The 800-metre heats and final will be staged on Saturday, while the 1600-metre final is on Easter Monday.
Jasper and Taylor will both contest the girls 100-metre handicap, with heats on Sunday and the final on Monday.

The handicappers have set Jasper the biggest challenge possible, running off scratch.
Taylor has been handed an 11.5-metre handicap.
Horsham athletics coach Ricky Price said it was hard to tell how each of the athletes would fare.
‘‘This is all handicap stuff, so goodness knows,’’ he said.
‘‘Tara is running off scratch in the 100 metres, which is good, so she’ll have to chase them down.
‘‘They are just coming back from the Little Athletics state champs and Tara made the final there in the 100 metres, so she’s in good form.
‘‘Victoria did high jump, so she didn’t actually compete in the running.
‘‘Ella is only young and she loves to get out there and have a go, so it will be good for all of them.’’
St Brigid’s College student Nick Tobin is too old to contest the Little Athletics events but is in the under-17 boys 100-metre handicap.
He will also contest the 200 metres and 400 metres.
Athletes competing from other Wimmera Little Athletics clubs include Stawell’s William Carter and Ararat’s Keelan Perry in the 100 metres and 400metres.
