The Eagles led at every change, storming home to win 57-24.
Eagles coach Sarah Koschitzke was stoked with the team's performance.
"I was very happy with the win, especially in the hot conditions," she said.
"The match was tight until midway through the second quarter.
"We finished off well. I thought our fitness was good and we were able to out-run them in the end."
Megan Hewitt and Koschitzke were best in the win.
Diggers coach Liz Reddie said her side battled well.
"I thought our girls played well Warrack Eagles just played better," she said.
"They were the better team on the day and deserved to win."
Jacqui Norris and Sophie McDonald were named the Diggers' best in the loss.
Reddie said her side would take positives from the season.
"We've had a fantastic year," she said.
The Eagles now face an old finals foe in Ararat in a first semi-final at Horsham City Oval on Sunday.
Koschitzke is expecting nothing less than a fierce challenge from the Rats.
"They are a very experienced team who knows how to win finals," she said.
"It's going to be tough.
"We have got a bit of a rivalry with them, but they are always a good group to play against."
Koschitzke said a six-goal win over the Rats last month would give her side confidence.
"We'll definitely go in confident and thinking we can beat them," she said.
"The key is going to be shutting down their attacking end."
