The school has put together the original production, written by teacher Gabrielle Schultz.
Visual arts teacher Kylie Chartlon said the story revolved around four mortals, all with character flaws, who were sent through time to various events through history. She said the mortals learn life lessons while observing notable moments in history including Shakespearean times, Waterloo, battles at Anzac Cove and marches from Selma to Montgomery.
“It’s not a traditional musical, it’s eclectic,” she said.
Mrs Charlton said the show would not only involve music but would also have an aerobatic element.
She said the production was a real school effort, with students making up the cast and crew.
Out of Time will show at Goroke Memorial Hall on September 16 at 7.30pm and September 18 at 11am.
Mrs Charlton said people could buy tickets at the door.
