The association's senior competition starts on October 6, with the junior competition starting a week later on October 13.
The pennant competition is shaping up to be hotly-contested, with team entries jumping from five to eight.
Both Central Park and Horsham Lawn have entered a second team in the premier grade, with Haven set to return.
There are six teams in the A Special competition, 11 in A Grade and six in the B Special competition.
Association secretary Janelle Knight said there were a number of challenges when creating the draw, with a number of venues unavailable due to planned court upgrades.
St Michaels Tennis Club will play its home matches at Horsham Lawn during the season, as will Natimuk Tennis Club until December.
Homers Tennis Club will use Horsham Lutheran's courts.
Mrs Knight said the association would use Tennis Australia's Competition Planner this season an online system that will feature fixtures, scores and ladders.
"It means anyone can access scores and ladders at any time and that up-to-date venue information will be available," she said. "In the past, late venue changes have caused confusion but now players can check the fixture online and know it is correct."
She said the site comps.tennis.com.au would be available for all players to access scores and statistics from all grades.
"The association will enter all the information for a start but from after Christmas, we are expecting clubs to input their own information," she said.
"So between now and then it would be good for clubs to start thinking about who will do that for them."
Mrs Knight said winning captains would still be required to leave score sheets at the Mobil service station in Baillie Street, Horsham and the Wimmera Mail-Times office at 92 Wilson Street, Horsham every Saturday night.
Junior draws are still being finalised and will be printed in the Wimmera Mail-Times when available.
