She will celebrate her 102nd birthday tomorrow but with good health and a sunny disposition, she hopes to see much more of life.
"My secret in life is to be content and happy with your lot it doesn't matter if you are rich or poor," she said.
"I'm selfish I want to live longer."
Mrs Reinheimer, who has five children, said she spent 38 years living on a farm at Kalkee before moving to Horsham.
She lived on her own in Horsham for 20 years after her husband Keith died before moving to Sunnyside Lutheran Retirement Village two years ago.
She said she took part in everything she could at the village.
"I like all the activities and I do what I can and join in," she said.
"I have been busy and happy all my life.
"I am very happy here."
Mrs Reinheimer said her favourite things in life were music, colour, flowers and friendships.
She said she was fortunate to be in good health.
"I could say I'm fit and at my age that's rather wonderful," she said.
"I had one operation on my hip at 84 and a second one at 91. I flew through them."
Mrs Reinheimer said she had a big party to celebrate her 100th birthday but tomorrow would be a more relaxed affair.
She said her five children would each come and visit her at different times on the day.
Mrs Reinheimer featured in the Mail-Times' special publication 'Century of Smiles' in 2008.
