Ms Kealy was congratulating the Horsham Tidy Town’s committee on its win at the state awards, but she must have been running short of time and resorted to some extremely fast talking.
She managed to get out 34 words in a little over 10 seconds.
A Melbourne radio presenter took to Twitter to encourage Ms Kealy to consider a rap career.
Another social media user commented that Ms Kealy could be the person who reads the “authorised by” message at the end of political television ads.
Either way, it’s good to see Wimmera politicians using their time in the spotlight to mention the region – even if it is quickly.
