FOREST Fire Management crews remain on scene at a contained bushfire in Mt Cole.
The small bushfire is four kilometres north-east of Warrak in the Mt Cole State Forest.
There is no current threat to communities but residents should stay informed and monitor conditions.

TEN appliances and crews from the Country Fire Authority and Forest Fire Management Victoria continue to battle an out of control bushfire at Mt Cole.
Several aircraft have also joined the fire-fighting operation, which is in hard to access terrain.
The fire is approximately four kilometres north-east of Warrak in the Mount Cole State Forest.
The authority said there was currently no threat to communities, but people should continue to stay informed and monitor conditions.

CREWS from the Country Fire Authority and Forest Fire Management Victoria continue to battle a bushfire at Mt Cole.
Several aircraft have joined the fire-fighting operation, which is in hard to access terrain about 20 kilometres east of Ararat.
The fire is reportedly near the base of the Ben Nevis Fire Tower.

THE Country Fire Authority is battling a small out of control bushfire at Red Rocks Road near Mt Cole.
The authority has issued an advice notice for people in the Ben Nevis, Elmhurst, Eversley, Mount Cole, Mount Cole Creek, Warrak, Bayindeen and Glenlogie areas.
The fire is near the base of the Ben Nevis Fire Tower.
The authority said the fire was expected to be controlled soon.
