The four men allegedly shattered glass cabinets and stuffed jewellery into bags in front of shocked shoppers.
Police charged the men with offences relating to the robbery and the theft of a black BMW SUV, which the bandits allegedly used to flee the scene.
The incident occurred on March 14.
The Stawell man was remanded to appear at a Melbourne Magistrates Court on June 8.
Police are still looking for a fifth man in relation to the robbery.
