Cooke-Harrison made the decision to move to the VFL club earlier this year after winning back-to-back premierships with the Saints.
He was one of his side’s best players in a lacklustre 91-point loss to Williamstown. Cooke-Harrison kicked one of the Roosters’ four goals.
In a video prior to the game he spoke about why he wanted to challenge himself at the VFL level and how difficult it was to leave Horsham.
In 2016 Cooke-Harrison kicked 73 goals to be the Wimmera Football League’s leading goalkicker and was best on ground in the grand final.
