The book contains speeches and photographs from Cr Radford’s time as mayor in 2014-15.
He said there were two reasons for the book.
“It is a token of my appreciation to those people who assisted me in my role,” he said.
“It’s also a record for my mum and dad in Melbourne.”
Cr Radford said after a few people showed interest in the book, he decided to sell it as a fundraiser for the town hall.
\He said the book was available at Horsham’s Red Rock Books for $20.
He said $9 from each book would support the ongoing town hall community fundraising effort.
The book includes speeches from the opening of the Horsham Town Hall, Anzac Centenary Bridge sod-turning ceremony, Horsham Fire Brigade 140-year celebration and the Australian Local Government Association national assembly in Canberra.
Cr Radford was first elected to council in 2008.
