Rup-Minyip are all set to ditch its traditional whites in favour of a new all-blue uniform.
Captain Travis Hair said the uniforms came up well.
“They will certainly improve our looks,” he said. “As a team we need all the help we can get in that department.”
The uniform was approved by the association board in September, prior to the start of the season, but was only delivered to the club in recent weeks.
The club’s A Grade side will be fully kitted in out in blue shirts, pants and pads emblazoned with the club’s Blue Panther logo in all of its matches.
Other clubs have worn coloured shirts in one off fixtures in recent seasons but Rup-Minyip are the first club to adopt an all colour strip for all of its matches.
The C Grade team will wear the blue top but continue to wear white pants.
Rup-Minyip’s A Grade side will take on Jung Tigers under the lights of Horsham City Oval on Saturday.
