This was Ballarat White’s first win of the season.
The game started scrappy and continued that way for a majority of the match.
The Falcons were short in personnel with two starting centre backs Jeffery Maasland and James Hibberd missing from the team.
White’s goal came immediately after halftime when a cross came in from the right hand side, Falcon defender Berkay Demirkale deflected the ball into the back of the net on the 47th minute.
Horsham managed to create several chances, but it seemed like the players were flat and were unable to flow as usual.
Horsham goalkeeper Elijah Macchia was named best on field after making several crucial saves.
Oguzhan Kocak was second best while Dardareh Maw Kay was third.
Horsham take on Ballarat North at 1pm on Sunday at Russell Square, Ballarat.
