Senior coach Gareth Hose said his side had been playing some solid football.
“We have been playing reasonable football, so we feel if we continue to play the way we are, we could really push them,” he said.
“We trained well on Tuesday night and we were pretty happy after Saturday’s performance. Our ball movement and ball use was a lot better than it had been in previous weeks, and we are hoping to continue to take that into this week’s game.”

Hose said the game against Rupanyup would be important if his side wanted to push for one of the finals positions.
“I don’t know a lot about their new recruits, but we are expecting them to be in and around a similar position to us this year,” he said.
“These are the games we really need to win if you want to be pushing up towards a finals position.”
Noradjuha-Quantong will be without Jason Kerr and Austin Smith, two important players for the side.
“They are two massive losses for us and have both been playing really well in the first few games,” Hose said.
“Kerr has been a big leader for us, and Smith is a key centre half-forward. They will be hard to cover but we are still confident we have the players to come in.”
