The Ewes have had a faultless start to the season, while a new-look Harrow-Balmoral side has started positively with two wins and one loss.
Southern Roos playing coach Amy Lewis said this weekend’s game would be important to see where her side is at early in the season.
“It’s going to be a very hard game – Natimuk United have been having some big wins,” she said.
“They are a fine-tuned unit and I imagine they have gone from strength to strength since winning the grand final last year. It’ll be a really good match for us to see where we are at and then also where we need to be.”
Lewis said the side had been starting to gel together really well.
“I’ve been making lots of changes to see what combinations will work to our advantage,” she said.
“It’s been good to mix things up and the girls have responded to that really well. It’s been a pretty good first month.”
Natimuk United coach Cheryl Sudholz said her side would not be underestimating Harrow-Balmoral, despite the team’s fresh look.
“It should be an interesting match to see how we are travelling,” she said.
“I’m not too sure what to expect as it seems like their team has changed quite a bit compared to last year. I will suspect their attacking end will be strong but our defences are both playing brilliantly.”
The other round four fixtures will see Laharum welcome Pimpinio, Noradjuha-Quantong hosting Rupanyup, Edenhope-Apsley travelling to the Swifts and Kalkee hosting Taylors Lake.
