A week after taking down the much-vaunted Burras the side will face a lineup that has pushed sides without being able to break through for a first win of the season.
Demons coach Deek Roberts said he did not have a lot of information about the Tigers and so his side would just approach the game the same way it did every week.
“They led against Minyip-Murtoa for a fair bit of the games a couple of weeks ago so I think they’ll be hard to beat,” he said.
“Nhill will be very eager after coming so close so many times.”
The Demons will be forced to make at least one change with John Woods set to spend some time on sidelines.
“We’re not sure who we’ll bring in yet,” Roberts said.
“It could be young kid from the juniors, a rising player from the reserves or Josh Mibus might even be right to return.”
The Tigers will also be forced to make at least one change to its side with Jess Morano and Laochie Pilgrim set to miss a month of football with injuries.
“We’ve had our fair share of injuries already this season but we’ll work through that,” Nhill coach Tim Bone said. “It will give other players a good chance to step up.”
He said his side was looking forward to the challenge of playing one of the Wimmera league’s benchmark sides.
“We win our fair share of the ball but make skill errors that hurt us,” he said.
“In the third quarter against the Horsham Saints we couldn’t absorb the pressure when they got on top.
“We’ll be looking to rectify that this week because we still play good football in patches.”
